It's not her famous rear that she feels the need to Photoshop, it's her thighs.

Khloe Kardashian is getting real about her February Photoshop flop. The reality star took to her app Monday afternoon to explain why she got a little carried away with editing her pics.

A few months ago, Khloe uploaded a mirror selfie after a workout. KhloMoney was trying to show off her killer abs but the bent doorframe behind her did not go unnoticed.

Instagram users spotted the Photoshop fail immediately and flooded Khloe's post with thousands of comments — from the good to the bad to the ugly. Khloe quickly took down the Photoshopped post and replaced it with the original image.

Now that some time has passed, Khloe has offered an explanation on her app: "Whenever I post a picture of my legs on Instagram, everyone comments on how fucked up my knees look," she wrote. "It's because I've had reconstructive surgery, you assholes!"

She says a car accident from when she was 16 has caused her to have multiple leg surgeries, which is why she often sports a knee brace when she works out.

Evidently her right leg is 1.5 inches thinner than her left because her muscles never fully recovered from the accident and surgeries.

Khloe admits that the size of her thighs is one of her greatest insecurities, and that's why she turned to Photoshop.

"Yes, I did Photoshop [my Instagram picture], but I was trying to make my thinner leg look bigger to match my other leg!!! All I want are big, thick thighs and I hate how skinny my legs are."

And this confession also led Khloe to discuss her cornrows, which have rightfully been called out as cultural appropriation.

"I was on crutches for six months and had a leg brace that went from my ankle to my upper thigh. I had a neck brace, burns all over my body and had to take showers sitting in a chair. Malika and Khadijah would literally help me shower. They also did my hair so that I wouldn't have to wash it as often. That's how I first started wearing cornrows!"
