Yesterday, news broke that Kylie Jenner was dropping an entire line of blushes.
And it was... strange. For the first time since the brand launched, Kylizzle herself DIDN'T make the announcement. No shade names. No swatches. Nothing. Just an Instagram post with a professional product shot.
While fans speculated that Jenner's beauty brand accidentally broke the news early, Kylie was hard at work. Today we have a closer look at the packaging, the colors, and the shade names.
And they're making us REALLY uncomfortable.
There will be five individual shades to start with.
While sexually-charged product names are nothing new in beauty, these are 50 shades of YIKES coming from Kylie, age 19 — considering she's *allegedly* been dating her boyfriend, adult man Tyga, since she was 16.
Never forget Tyga's song "Stimulated," in which he brags about having sex with an underage Jenner. "They say she young, I should've waited. She a big girl, when she stimulated."
So. This is the position I'm working from.
Hot and Bothered is, according to Kylie, "A coral dream."
Kylizzle previously released two blushes as part of her limited edition Valentine's Day collection.
Those shades were First Date (coral) and Virginity (pink, which has been made a permanent part of the line). I have this palette and tested the blushes; I found that both were very pale and chalky, and didn't blend very well. Hopefully Kylie has improved the formula this time around.
