YouTuber NikkieTutorials' two-part collection with Ofra Cosmetics was one of the most successful beauty collaborations of 2017. Someone, however, might've tried to steal its thunder — and almost no one pointed it out.

To refresh your memory, here is the first installment of the Ofra Cosmetics x NikkieTutorials collection.

Note the very distinct packaging.

And here is the Glow and Gloss Collection, made by none other than Paris Hilton Cosmetics.

Yes, Paris Hilton fronts her own beauty brand — and has for YEARS now.

According to Refinery29, the brand had its soft launch in 2015.

YouTuber Sanders Kennedy compared both collections down to the swatches — and there are some alarming similarities.

The layout of the packaging is the most immediate of them, but even the lipstick and highlighter color schemes are comparable. If you want to get down to the nitty gritty, you'll also note the highlighter pans are embossed the same way.

That being said, there is no similarity in product formula whatsoever.

As you already know, NikkieTutorials' collection was released on March 29, 2017.

Paris Hilton *allegedly* dropped Glow and Gloss afterward in fall 2017  — but that's difficult to verify for multiple reasons.

Paris Hilton Cosmetics is not currently available online and can only be found through third party retailers such as department stores. On top of that, there is literally ZERO documentation of this thing existing on the Paris Hilton Cosmetics Instagram, which dates back to its launch year, 2015. The only place photos of the collection can be found are through expired eBay listings and other places makeup is resold.

That being said, this collection launch occurred way under the radar.

Revelist has reached out to Paris Hilton Cosmetics for comment and confirmation of the collection launch date.

We'll update this post should her team respond.

But, uh, we're not sure how to explain this one.

As Paris herself might say, this is not hot.
