Reese Witherspoon's Draper James launched to much success in sizes 0-14, but after three years, Witherspoon is answering public demand and expanding to plus sizes.
With a total of 30 pieces, the line perfectly encapsulates Witherspoon's "unapologetically pretty" southern style.
She chose to partner with Eloquii rather than design plus-size clothes herself because she "quickly realized that it is such an intensive process, and one which required expertise."
Asked about inclusion in Holllywood, Witherspoon, a leading force of the Time's Up movement, called the lack of body diversity onscreen "ridiculous" and noted how her own body has changed after having kids.
Unfortunately, while the sizing goes up to 28, Eloquii chose only smaller plus-size models to advertise the collaboration.
Eloquii overwhelmingly uses models under a size 16 for its website.
However, a small section of the Draper James x Eloquii landing page does feature one larger plus-size influencer wearing a dress from the line.
Eloquii's Instagram has a great track record of including all size bodies in its clothes. Hopefully in the future that will be better reflected on the brand's website so bigger women can more accurately see how the clothes will look on them.
Eloquii is also carrying a few choice Draper James accessories.
