Attention, Harry Potter fans: Today is your lucky day because the magical world of everyone's favorite wizard is about to get even more spellbinding.

We're getting not one, not two, not three, but four entire new e-books that will help Potterheads everywhere go deeper into all the witchcraft and wizardry that the Harry Potter universe is known for. The official Pottermore Twitter account made the big announcement recently, saying that fans can expect to learn where "magic really came from." Color me intrigued

According to Pottermore Publishing, the series is comprised of non-fiction e-book shorts called Harry Potter: A Journey Through…, adapted from the audiobook Harry Potter: A History of Magic, which is inspired by the British Library exhibition of the same name.

It's a good time to be a Harry Potter fan.

Believe it or not, last year marked the 20th anniversary of the release of the first book in J.K. Rowling's beloved series. Although it's been more than two decades since the world was first introduced to Harry Potter, he and his entire journey remain more popular than ever. And new generations are discovering the Potterverse for the very first time.

Case in point: Harry Potter collabs!

When Vans announced its collaboration with Harry Potter, fans completely lost it. While there's no official release date just yet, judging from the spellbinding animated visual on the shoe company's site, plenty of gear will be available and based around the four houses: Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff, and Ravenclaw.

In the meantime, we'll be saving up money!

Some HP devotees are choosing to embrace Vans for the first time all because of this forthcoming collection. It's a savvy marketing move to be sure: If the main objective of Vans is to use Harry Potter's insane worldwide reach to bring in new customers to the brand, they are definitely moving in the right direction. Well played, Vans.

But that's not all: We're also getting new books!

Pottermore Publishing recently made the big announcement, and we are still processing this major news tbh. Here's what they had to say:

"Ever wondered where magic really came from? Introducing the Harry Potter: A Journey Through... non-fiction eBook shorts, adapted from the audiobook Harry Potter: A History of Magic and inspired by the @britishlibrary exhibition of the same name."

It's safe to say our curiosity is very piqued.

Apparently the series will be comprised of four short, nonfiction e-books exploring the "traditional folklore and magic at the heart of the Harry Potter series." In other words, fans will have the opportunity to really explore the magic behind the stories they know and love. It'll kind of be like going on a magical deep dive.

The collection centers on different lessons from Hogwarts.

The series will also feature line drawings from artist Rohan Daniel Eason. The first e-books — A Journey Through Charms and Defense Against the Dark Arts and A Journey Through Potions and Herbology — will be published on June 27. A release date hasn't been announced yet for the other two: A Journey Through Divination and Astronomy and A Journey Through Care of Magical Creatures.

If the past is any indication, these e-books are going to be a hit.

After all, 500 million Harry Potter books have been sold worldwide. The series has also been translated into 80 languages, according to the series' official site. And beyond the books, there were — of course — the wildly successful films, theme parks, Broadway shows, and the creation of the Fantastic Beasts spin-off series that's been incredibly popular in its own right.

So, just like with the Vans release, it's time to save your coins.

With June 27 just around the corner and the Vans collaboration set to drop any day now, this person is definitely right in her assessment that J.K. Rowling stays busy

"Oooooh. I swear a solid percentage of every paycheck goes directly into @jk_rowling's pocket. ," Twitter user Bekah James wrote.

We are definitely ready for this.

According to Pottermore Publishing, "The series features four bitesize reads, each themed by Hogwarts lessons, and will take you back in time once again to learn about the traditional folklore and magic at the heart of the Harry Potter stories, accompanied by some new, gorgeous line drawings from London-based artist Rohan Daniel Eason."

The countdown to June 27 is officially on.

Besides exploring the origins of magic through history and folklore, the e-books will also feature notes, manuscript pages, and charming sketches as previously seen in Harry Potter: A History of Magic. The e-books will first be launched in English, French, Italian, and German, and are available to pre-order at Amazon UK and Amazon USApple, and Kobo.
