"Naked dresses" are sheer garments that make women look, well, naked. 

The idea is to show as much skin as possible without reaching the point of full nudity. 

Celebrities like Ashley Graham, Kim Kardashian, and Beyoncé are huge fans of dresses that bare (nearly) it all — but this singer might've just put these naked ladies to shame. 

Bleona Qereti showed up to the Vanity Fair Oscars party wearing some sparkles... and not much else.
