Cardi B is one busy woman. Between regularly serving up looks on Instagram, starring in epic Super Bowl commercials, telling off scammers who are trying to make money off her name, and being a new mom, it's safe to say that she has a lot going on.

So it's no wonder her mental health might have its ups and downs. The hip-hop star recently took to Twitter to share that anxiety is "kicking [her] ass right now," and, honestly, same.

Her super honest tweet resonated with fans everywhere, and they wasted no time offering up their tips and suggestions for coping with anxiety. Yet again, Cardi's candid realness proves that she isn't afraid to tell it like it is.

Cardi B is pretty much unstoppable.

It seems like just yesterday that "Bodak Yellow" dropped, and the world dropped to her feet. Ever since, Cardi has been dominating at virtually everything.

To start off, she became a mom when she gave birth to her first child, Kulture Kiari, last July.

We got our first peek at baby Kulture in December when Cardi shared this adorable photo on Instagram. She simply captioned it: "My heart." Sooo cute, right?

During the recent government shutdown, Cardi made her political views loud and clear.

This video went viral with many people applauding Cardi for using her platform to inform the masses. "I know a lot of ya do [not] watch the news so I’m letting ya know shit getting real," she said on Insta.

And just last week, she starred in a Pepsi commercial that ran during the Super Bowl.

The ad featured Cardi, Lil Jon, and Steve Carell. It was a random trio to be sure, and in the commercial, they try to help a woman figure out if Pepsi "is OK."

Cardi wore hundreds of Swarovski Crystals on her nails and a blinged-out blue, red, and white dress.

In other words, her look for the commercial was A LEWK. I mean, can anyone else pull off this much sparkle?

All the while, Cardi has been killin' the music game.

"Thanks for listening and ya support," she wrote on Insta. "I’m working on new shit for ya ear." And we are ready for that newness, Cardi!

Needless to say, she stays busy.

She makes balancing motherhood, running a business empire, and being a top-selling artist look so damn easy. Cardi is truly #goals.

But in true Cardi fashion, she got real earlier this week when she tweeted that she's struggling with anxiety.

"Anxiety is kicking my ass right now," she said on Twitter. And, honestly, has anything ever been more relatable?

Many fans responded to the tweet with support and suggestions for coping, like this breathing technique.

It may not work for everyone, but it's not a bad place to start. Sometimes remembering to breathe properly is one of the toughest aspects of dealing with anxiety.

Meditation can also be a helpful tool.

This Twitter user shared a link to this "honest meditation," and it might be one of the best things on the internet. Someone else said that it was "f*cking delightful," so there's that.

One fan told Cardi to take a well deserved vaycay.

"We the fans will understand!" they tweeted. And it's true, Cardi needs to prioritize her mental health first and foremost before anything else.

Even some of Cardi's more famous fans such as Missy Elliott chimed in.

Elliott shared that she, too, struggles with anxiety. One person responded to her by saying that some people "have no idea the things artists go through behind the scenes." Elliott added that "it's scary at times."

Comedian Sarah Silverman also offered up some words of advice.

"Just exist," she said. "You'll come out the other side I promise." One person told Silverman, "From all of us who needed this, thank you."

But perhaps the most accurate response to Cardi's anxiety tweet was from none other than superstar wrestler Sasha Banks.

Sometimes we just want to know that we aren't alone in our struggles. Cardi being open about hers reminds us that we all go through highs and lows, but the lows don't last forever.
