Our latest Miss Universe of 2018 is 24-year-old Catriona Gray representing the Philippines. Onstage at Bangkok’s Impact Arena in Thailand, Gray caused quite a stir on social media when she debuted her "lava walk" in a fiery dress that paid homage to the volcanic landscape of her home country.

Gray's signature, unique strut was in stark contrast to Kendall Jenner's infamous "nepotism strut," which left social media users disappointed.

Remember Kendall Jenner's runway walk and how expertly Twitter roasted it?

Jenner's bad walk wouldn't be such an issue if: a) walking wasn't literally her job, b) she wasn't the highest-paid model of 2017 and 2018, c) she wasn't the highest-paid model of 2017 and 2018 who happens to be Kris and Caitlyn Jenner's daughter.

Well, have you heard of Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray, representing the Philippines? Oh, honey, she knows how to get the job done. Work!

It's called the "lava walk." Known for its slow, effortless twirl, the "lava walk" has gone viral.

The "lava walk" isn't only a nod to the viscose gait but to the volcanic landscape of the Philippines.

Take a look at her lava-inspired dress.

Talk about a signature style.

Even Tyra Banks stans.

Of course, she won the whole damn thing! Congratulations to Gray. Check out her parents' reaction to that special moment.

Women stay slaying from east to west.
