Our low-key BFF Hilary Duff might've just posted her most lit Instagram ever.

The actress' post is a rallying cry for victims of body shaming (specifically mothers) and a clapback to those who feel the need to comment on her body.

She chose a vacation photo with her son to drive her point home.

"My body has given me the greatest gift of my life: Luca, 5 years ago," she wrote after calling out body-shaming gossip media.

For anyone obsessing over imperfections at the expense of actually living their life, the actress simply instructs, "Stop wasting precious time in the day wishing we were different, better, and unflawed." Amen, Duff.

Her words are a reminder that body shaming can take many forms.

It can be a person behind a computer screen, a tweet, or a publication that talks in depth about a celebrity's weight gain. Duff has battled with body shamers her entire career — people have felt the need to criticize both her weight losses and gains.
