The Oscars are here, and the stars showed up in their red carpet best. 

Celebrities like Billy Porter, Chrissy Metz, and Janelle Monáe stood out for their bold fashion statements. Porter always takes advantage of a red carpet moment and wears the most wild attire. Hollywood's top stars celebrated nominations for Little Women, Parasite, Marriage Story, and more. 

Meanwhile, I drooled over these most fashionable looks of the night, while I lounged in sweatpants and ate pizza.

The red carpet champion Billy Porter was dripping in gold. The bodice of his campy golden look was made of metallic feathers, and the massive skirt was inspired by Kensington Palace, according to the New York Times. The fierce ensemble is gloriously extra. 

Chrissy Metz

The This Is Us actor is a vision in this vibrant red Christian Siriano gown. Plus, she's styled to perfection and is serving major old Hollywood glamour. The off-the-shoulder style looks so elegant and classy.

Monáe looked like a walking piece of artwork in this Ralph Lauren gown that's dripping in crystals. According to Harper's Bazaar, the dress is covered in 168,000 Swarovski crystals, because there can never be too much glitz. The draped hood falls effortlessly on her perfectly styled hair.

The internet is collectively scratching their heads as to how Blac Chyna got an invite to the Oscars this year, but she showed up looking oh-so elegant. The plunging black gown features royal blue structured shoulders and matching feathers at the wrist.
