If Rihanna and Lupita Nyong'o end up sharing credits on a movie, Twitter will have itself to thank.

On April 18, Twitter user @blaquepink tweeted a photo of the duo at Miu Miu's 2015 Paris Fashion Week show.

Soon after, Twitter user @1800SADGAL tweeted her idea for a movie starring both women.

"Insecure" creator Issa Rae also tweeted her approval.

Both tweets quickly went viral. Fans of both women immediately tweeted their support for the idea.

Rae then put her name in the ring to write the movie — if it ever comes to fruition.

As for a director? Many Twitter users are rallying for "Selma" director Ava Duvernay to helm the project.

She's agreed.

Best of all, Nyong'o and Rihanna are both down to co-star.

Just tell us the release date.

We'll be there to send the movie to the top of the box office.
