Sasha Pieterse looks stunning at any weight. However, on Tuesday's episode of "Dancing with the Stars," the "Pretty Little Liars" actress revealed the weight she's currently at was a result of a hormone condition she didn't know she had.

The star revealed she's been diagnosed with PCOS.

PCOS, or polycystic ovary syndrome, has a whole medley of side effects, one of which is weight gain.

The condition made her gain 70 pounds in over two years.

"[It was] one of the hardest things I've ever been through," Pieterse explained on "Dancing with the Stars." But until she was diagnosed, "I had no idea what was going on and I didn't have any way of solving it."

She's lost 15 pounds since starting "DWTS."

"Now, I'm seeing results," the actress said on the show. "I think most importantly, I'm feeling like me again."

She battled body shaming and fat shaming as a result of the syndrome.

While promoting "Pretty Little Liars," the actress was called "fat," and tabloids assumed she was pregnant.

"They were angry. They were mad I looked like this," Pieterse said.

While we think Pieterse looks bomb at any size, we're glad she's feeling more confident about her body.

"I went through a hard time," she revealed. "So feeling like me again, it means the world, honestly."

Nothing can beat that.
