After noticing all of the backlash, user screenshots seem to show Harlow tried to defend her actions in another now-deleted Instagram post.

Screenshots of the reported response post, show Harlow saying the "cauliflower head" comment was meant for her sister, even though she used Duckie's photo during the exchange.

“I know what it feels like to be forced to do a lot of things with your hair that you’re uncomfortable with. As a Black woman in the industry and as a Black woman period, it’s hard to deal with your hair," she said. "Not a lot of people know how to deal with your hair. So please understand, from deep in my heart, I apologize if I hurt anyone’s feelings. I am human, I do crack jokes with my friends and family…”

But very few fans have moved past Harlow's comments, so they've dragged her on social media.

Many have called her out for bullying Duckie, when she's had to deal with haters making jokes about her skin.

Some were displeased that she judged Black features so harshly.

But most were upset that she chose to put down a dark-skinned Black girl.

Regardless of what her hair texture is, Duckie is a gorgeous girl.

We're happy to see that she doesn't let negative comments bring her down.
