Kylie Jenner hosted another one of her elaborate pop-up shops for Kylie Cosmetics, but it looks like this event rubbed some of her fans the wrong way.

The pop-up shop took place in San Francisco, California on Friday, May 18. Though not all Kylie Cosmetics pop-ups include an appearance from Kylie Jenner herself, this particular event did and therein lies the problem.

Jenner took to Twitter to address the complaints that she was too late to the event.

As it goes with Kylie Jenner pop-ups, the line stretched a few blocks and was comprised of people who began lining up as early as Wednesday, May 16.

Yes. Jenner's fans started lining up a full 48 HOURS before the Kylie Cosmetics festivities even began.

Jenner teased for several days that she would be there in the Kylizzle-flesh to meet her fans, but not everything went as planned.

"I’M SO EXCITED! Coming for you San Francisco," she shared on Instagram.

"The Kylie Pop Up opens this Friday 10am at 21 Grant Ave. See you then ;) I have some special things for you guys exclusive to the store!"

Unfortunately on the day of the pop-up, Kylie Jenner didn't arrive until several hours after it began.

"I  woke up at 4 am and been here since 7 waiting for Kylie.... I literally stood in the same spot for 6 hours and she left 30 minutes later. Now they are cutting off the line when we’re almost there. What the hell. #kyliepopup @KylieJenner @kyliecosmetics," a frustrated fan wrote on Twitter.

According to Jenner, fans also called her out for arriving "four hours late," but she provided a full explanation for the tardiness and explained it was out of her hands.

"Ok for the few complaints i see saying i showed up '4 hours late' to my pop up. I want to make it clear i don’t get to choose what time I go," she explained.

"i would be there an hour before it opens if it were up to me. But it’s up to the police who shut down the street at a certain time and let me know when they believe i should come because i feel strongly about being there to see everyone’s faces."

Jenner wants her fans to know she truly does care about the pop-up shops she hosts despite her late arrival time.

"I came there a day early and set the store up myself so it would be PERFECT for you guys. If I didn’t love doing these pop ups and seeing you all I wouldn’t do them at all," she shared.

On the bright side, when Jenner did arrive to the pop-up shop, she seemed to shower her fans with lots of love and attention.

In these photos captured by fans, Jenner was seen giving hugs and taking selfies during the meet-and-greet.

Additionally, plenty of fans had positive things to say about their overall experience at the pop-up shop — and LOTS of money was spent on Kylie Cosmetics.

"...it was worth waiting 10 hrs and spending 300 dollars at the @KylieJenner pop up shop. Honestly best day of my life after seeing her up close," a fan recapped.

Despite the time issue, Kylie Jenner still counts her San Francisco pop-up as a major success.

"It was so nice meeting you guys today my San Francisco pop up is open for a few more days at 21 Grant Ave.. so don’t miss out," she wrote on Instagram.

Happy shopping if you're in the San Francisco area!
