Maybelline New York is having an amazing 2018. Despite the super-affordable drugstore favorite constantly dropping new products, its long-loved classics are still flying off the shelves.

Recently, the brand's Lash Sensational Mascara was hyped by Meghan Markle and soon after, its SuperStay Full Coverage Foundation was declared the top-selling drugstore foundation.

And just to top it all off, Maybelline's tried and true concealer earned top dog status as well.

According to a Maybelline press release, their Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circles Treatment Concealer is the most popular concealer in the US.

"Nielsen data for dollar and unit sales at major retailers from February 2017 to February 2018" earned this cushy Maybelline marker the accolade.

That means this oldie but goodie out-ranked fan-favorite concealers like Too Faced Born This Way concealer and YSL's Touche Eclat pen.

It's easy to see why the Instant Age Rewind concealer is loved by so many.

First of all, you can find it practically anywhere

It's sold at Ulta, CVS, Target, Walmart, and pretty much any drugstore you walk into.

Also, just this year, they expanded the range of shades to include more women of color, making it even more appealing.

They doubled the collection from six to 12 concealers. Obviously, they have a LONG way to go, but at least they're trying, right?

It's also incredibly versatile. You can use it as a concealer, obviously, or to brighten and contour.

Millions of microfibers on its micro-corrector applicator, as well as its super-concentrated formula, open up a world of possibilities.

But, perhaps most importantly, it only costs $10 or less at most retailers.

It's a blessing for your wallet.

It's not just us mortals who like it, either. Professionals have it in their celebrity makeup toolboxes as well.

"I have used this many times on Gigi [Hadid] solely for the purpose of perfecting the skin without using foundation," Allure reported that Maybelline global makeup artist Erin Parsons said. "I am able to cover blemishes and under-eye darkness using two different tones. The neutralizer shade is perfect for brightening the under-eyes."

America has spoken. Maybelline is the winner.
