Netflix's summer season kicks off with a slew of new releases to the streaming service.

With a new season of Black Mirror upon us and a final season for Marvel's Jessica Jones, the Netflix originals are staying strong this month. But there are also some iconic throwback movies like What a Girl Wants with Amanda Bynes and the remake of a horror classic, Carrie with Chloe Grace Moretz.

With new streaming services popping up everywhere, Netflix has remained a mainstay for streaming content. This June is no different.

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse is available to stream on June 26.

Just ahead of the upcoming Marvel version of Spider-Man, Spider-Man: Far From Home, catch the award-winning animated rendition. Judging from the Marvel trailer, a multiverse exists in the Marvel Universe. Fans are already theorizing that Miles from Sider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse will pop up in the coming movie.

Watch it on Netflix, and form your own opinion before the July 2 premiere.

If you're having separation anxiety already, no need to fret. Binge Grey's Anatomy Season 15 on June 15.

The 14-year-long series is on a hiatus for its 15th season. According to CNN, the show has been renewed for two more seasons. Ellen Pompeo suggested in 2018 that the 16th season could be her last, but no need to panic if she does decide to cut her time on the show short — all 15 seasons will be available to stream.

Ralph Breaks the Internet (that sequel with the iconic Disney princesses scene) heads to Netflix on June 11.

Disney has its own streaming service on the way, so catch the few Disney movies available on Netflix before they get taken away. The new service is set to launch on November 12.  One viral moment from this sequel to Wreck-It Ralph was when every Disney princess gathered in a slumber party-esque behind-the-scenes moment. Fans obsessed over the realistic re-creation of these characters.

Celebrate Christmas in the summer with everyone's favorite grouch in Dr. Seuss' The Grinch on June 5.

The studio that spawned the infamous minions also re-created this Christmas classic. Granted, a June release for this wintery film is a little strange, but who wouldn't want to celebrate anytime of year? The star-studded cast is also surprising, with Benedict Cumberbatch voicing the titular character and stars like Pharrell Williams, Rashida Jones, and Kenan Thompson joining him.

The fifth season of Black Mirror with that Miley Cyrus episode releases to Netflix on June 5.

After changing the narrative of movies with the choose-your-own-adventure style of film Bandersnatch, Black Mirror has some big shoes to fill. From the looks of its upcoming season, I'd say they've done just that. Stars like Miley Cyrus, Topher Grace, Anthony Mackie, and Pom Klementieff will be featured. Cyrus plays a pop star that struggles with reality and dealing with her fame, plus a robot version of her pop star character that has an outspoken personality.

Colleen Ballinger's hilarious and bizarre alter ego Miranda Sings returns to the service for her own comedy special Miranda Sings Live... You're Welcome on June 4.

Ballinger's two season run of Miranda Sings' Haters Back Off has canceled, but now a new comedy special will air. Her lipstick-smeared character performed standup nearly a year ago, Ballinger shared. Now she is going on tour to perform live as well, but it will be a totally different experience than what is shown on the Netflix performance.

The adorable sci-fi teen romance The Space Between Us is available on June 1.

While this teen romance drama didn't score highly with credits, it's a fun easy watch for anyone wanting a lazy night in. Robertson and Butterfield are adorably awkward and charming together. The film is centered around a boy born in space who has never lived on Earth. He starts a pen-pal relationship with a high school girl, and finds a way to make it to the planet and spend a few magical days together.

The 2013 remake of the horror classic Carrie is available to stream on June 1.

This horror film is based on the 1976 classic of the same name. Chloë Grace Moretz stars as the witch titular character who is bullied so badly she lays waste to their hometown. Need a scary movie for another lazy summer night? This movie will definitely get you spooked.

The Marvel series Jessica Jones returns to Netflix in June for a third and final season.

While no official date has been announced, the final season of Jessica Jones will premiere in June. Krysten Ritter stars as the superhero turned private investigator in the Marvels series. With the Disney+ takeover happening, it's up to this Marvel series to wrap up all of the Netflix Marvel content. No announcement about the storyline or where it fits into the Marvel universe has been released, but we can expect to see all of the main characters back for the final season.

Revel in all of the iconic early aughts fashion in What a Girl Wants on June 1.

Amanda Bynes stars as Daphne Reynolds, an American girl who finds out her father is actually a wealthy British noble. She goes to London to meet her dad, who left her pregnant mother before she was born, and meets his wife-to-be and her future step siblings. In a loosely based Cinderella story, this movie is peak early 2000's. The highlight of the film has to be the iconic fashion — tiny scarves, cropped tanks, and sequins galore.
