There is tons of entertaining Christmas content to watch this holiday season, but none quite so fun as celebrity TV specials.

The classic tradition has been redone in years past with those like John Legend and Bill Murray; and now, Kacey Musgraves is the most recent to debut a star-studded episode. Celebrities like Kendall Jenner, Camila Cabello, and Dan Levy all make an appearance in the country singer's nostalgic TV special.

The recent debut isn't the only one to watch, though. Take a peek back at Judy Garland's original Christmas show from the '60s, Bill Murray's 2015 one, or Pee-Wee Hermann's from the '80s.

The Kacey Musgraves Christmas Show on Amazon Prime Video will be worth watching.

Musgraves has been teasing her upcoming Christmas special for the past few weeks, and now it's finally here and available to watch on Amazon Prime. The star-studded affair has so many amazing Christmas carols and celebrities to spot. Plus, Musgraves voice sounds like a literal angel singing some of the classic tunes.

Pee-Wee's Playhouse: Christmas Special on Netflix

The wacky and zany playhouse gets the holiday treatment in this TV special from the '80s. There are also tons of celebrity appearances including ones from Cher, Whoopi Goldberg, and Grace Jones. Plus, Pee-Wee is his same hilarious self during the Christmas season, and gets plenty of presents and fruitcakes.

A Very Murray Christmas on Netflix

Bill Murray brought back the time-honored tradition of celebrity Christmas specials in 2015, and brought out pixie cut-era Miley Cyrus to sing a few carols. The entire special was somewhat self-deprecating and poked fun at the TV special genre, but was still a totally fun experience. It's also available to watch on Netflix.

A Legendary Christmas with John and Chrissy on NBC December 12 at 9 p.m.

NBC holds the rights to John Legend's fun Christmas special, so it's only available to catch one time this season. The hilarious celebrity couple host the affair and are joined by celebrities like Kim Kardashian West and Kris Jenner, Awkwafina, Darren Criss, and even Stevie Wonder. Of course, Legend had to serenade his lovely wife Teigen in this adorable number.

Mariah Carey's Merriest Christmas on Netflix

The cheesy holiday movie giant, Hallmark, has the best Mariah Carey concert available and it's on Netflix. Listen to the diva herself as she performs all of her holiday classics. It airs more on the side of TV musical as opposed to any sort of narrative, so it's better for a background entertainment rather than something to pay close attention to.

Jeff Dunham's Very Special Christmas Special on Netflix

To get a comedic moment this holiday season, check out Jeff Dunham and his cast of offensive puppets. Despite his questionable content, he's still one of the highest paid comedians in the industry, as of 2018. His 2008 Christmas special is definitely a testament of the times.

Glee "Extraordinary Merry Christmas" on Netflix

Glee tackled the classic Christmas TV special in its own rendition. In full-on black-and-white, the cast of the series sing carols and host a televised holiday party, just like Judy Garland's. The whole class of outcasts plays a part in the episode.

The classic is only available on Amazon to purchase the DVD, and not anywhere to stream. However, there are a few options on YouTube to watch the entire special, if you don't want to dish out that much cash to watch Garland sing "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" again. It's the original TV special, and inspired all of the rest of these holiday moments with everyone's favorite stars.
