Earlier this week, Ariana Grande allegedly received word that her backup dancer Lady Cultura used the N-word on Instagram — and immediately, rumors surfaced that Cultura was fired

In an Instagram story, Grande's dancer gave a shout-out to reggaeton artist Ozuna. She chose to use the controversial N-word in her post.

Cultura referred to Ozuna as "this [N-word]."

Keen-eyed Arianators noticed Cultura was suddenly missing onstage a few days later.

Rumors began swirling that Grande had promptly fired Cultura from her Dangerous Woman tour for using the racial slur.

Fans also noted that Grande had unfollowed Cultura on social media.

Fans overwhelmingly supported Grande's decision to let Cultura go.

But I just have one question: Why is every *clap* damn *clap* internet celeb carelessly throwing around the N-word like it isn't problematic? Stop that.
