For the first time ever, Vogue has put a hijab-wearing model on the cover of one of its magazines, according to Mic.

This month, you can find Somali-American model Halima Aden front and center on the cover of Vogue Arabia in a stunning, matching black-and-white dress with a matching hijab — and she totally slays.

Aden is repped by IMG Models.

She first made a name for herself by walking for Kanye West's Yeezy Season 5 fashion show back in February.

"That surreal and dreamlike feeling the moment you see yourself on the cover of @VogueArabia cannot be explained!" Aden captioned her Vogue cover photo on Instagram. "I'm beyond appreciative for the opportunity to grace the June cover! #covergirl"

Aden also realizes the gravity of her cover appearance.

"Every little girl deserves to see a role model who's dressed like her, looks like her, or even has the same characteristics as her," Aden told Vogue.

We can't wait to see more of Aden in Vogue...

...and beyond.

Can't get enough!
