As someone who writes about body positivity and plus-size fashion, I get a lot of questions about confidence, but a close second are questions about skin care and my personal routine.

So I thought it was time that I share all the things I do to keep my skin feeling and looking good. It's a pretty simple routine that works great on my dry, sensitive skin. But the thing that you'll see in my nightly lineup that you won't see in any other "get unready with me" YouTube videos? Seltzer water! It's a secret my mom taught me.

I NEVER go to bed with makeup on. My go-to makeup remover is Pond's Cold Cream. I rub it all over my face and then wipe it off with a damp towel.

The moment it removed my favorite matte lipstick with one wipe, I knew it was the one.

Once my makeup is completely off, I go in with CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser.

I have tried numerous cleansers and most left my skin irritated. CeraVe has the best formula for dry, sensitive skin like mine.

My mom taught me to rinse my face with seltzer water. We have cases of seltzer in our house! The bubbly water is SUPER refreshing and, according to mom, it's that extra step toward TOTALLY clean skin.

It feels like this.

After washing everything off, I tone my face to get rid off that tight, dry feeling. (P.S. I was out of cotton pads here.)

Then I slather on an overnight mask. I love Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask. It smells fruity AF and makes my skin feel smooth as a baby's bottom the next morning.
