Alas, with ingenuity and the love of a good bargain, there was a simple solution. Follow these 13 steps and make your own custom boot leggings!

5

First, start by carefully stretching the black tights over the black pumps.

Don't pull too quickly or you could puncture the tights! Patience is a virtue.

6

Then do the same with the other leg.

Adjust the placement of the tight to your liking. It's VERY important since that'll determine how they'll fit.

7

Cut a SMALL hole near the heels and then pull the tights to the base of the pump.

Do the same with the other foot!

8

You're going to layer TWO pairs of tights so the sock boots aren't as transparent. Pull on the second pair, and adjust as needed!

You might have to do a bit of tugging, but remember to be careful!

9

Cut another hole in both heels.

Adjusting this layer is VERY important since this is what most people will see.

Stand up and adjust the tights as needed. Once you put the adhesive on the bottom of the shoe, there isn't much room for adjusting! It's important to look AND feel good.

11

Lastly, place the self-adhesive sticky foot pad to the bottom of the shoe, and you're done!

Make them in red! Make them in blue! Make them in sequins! The options are limitless. Just don't spend $2,850 for something you can get for less than $55. Everyone deserves to be ballin' on a budget.
