2. For his album cover, Young Thug donned a dress and a bonnet. He also had a simple answer when asked why he frequently wears women's clothing.
"Because women’s clothes are [slimmer] than men’s clothes," he told GQ. "The jeans I got on right now, they’re women’s jeans. But they fit how they’re supposed to fit. Like a rock star. The only thing I probably have in men’s is, like, briefs. T-shirts. 90% of my clothes are women’s."
He also told the publication he's worn women's clothes since he was about 12 years old.
He's also created a unisex fragrance dubbed "Girl" with Comme des Garçons, after buying another fragrance for his wife, according to Telegraph UK.
"That's what started this whole thing with me wearing girls' things here and there," Williams explained.
5. Probably the boldest of the bunch, Lil B wore a women's hat, top, and earrings while appearing on "SportsNation."
He wore women's earrings for his "Got the Mack Loaded" music video, and shared with Dazed his motivation for his fashion choices.
"I think it’s just about being yourself and embracing what connects to you. Also, embracing what connects to you and appreciating you. I think life is a constant growing and so many new things. Every day is new," he told Dazed. "You grow everyday and that links back to fashion. You grow."
6. Kanye's leather kilt by Givenchy was a groundbreaking style moment.
He shared his thoughts about wearing a kilt in Paper. "Who gets to decide what's hard and what's not hard? When I saw this kilt, I liked it. I was into it. It looked fresh to me. I felt creative; I didn't feel limited by some perception," Kanye said.
Many other rappers such as P. Diddy, A$AP Rocky, and Theopilus London have worn kilts as well.
In 2011, Kanye performed at Coachella wearing a blouse from Céline's women's Spring/Summer 2011 collection.
