Can you really put a price on fighting the patriarchy?

On an episode of "Jeopardy" that aired on October 19, host and burn master Alex Trebek handed a contestant a zinger bound to make all feminists battle cry in unison.

The clue?

"This 21st-century word happens when a male patronizingly tells a female about a topic she already understands."

Yes, ladies. You already know. The answer is mansplaining. MANSPLAINING!

Yep, that's right: feminist language has gone so mainstream that "Jeopardy's" dedicated a $600 question to it.

Yup, that is all of us.

The internet is really feeling this:

Trebek read the question to a man named Shannon who, thankfully, knew the answer.

But that didn’t stop Shannon from dropping the torch and #NotAllMen-ing the whole damn thing.

"I never do that," Shannon snuck in before asking for the next question.

I guess it's back to the drawing board. Now that you mention it, we could really use more inclusive language in these questions, Alex. Mind taking a few notes?
