If you think you're having a bad day, chances are it's not this bad.

When one man tried to rob Polyana Viana, he had no idea what he was getting himself into. As it turns out, Viana is a 26-year-old UFC fighter from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and she is someone you definitely do not want to mess with.

Viana told MMAJunkie that she was waiting for an Uber in front of her apartment building when the man approached her. He claimed to have a gun and told her to give him her phone. But Viana acted quickly, and she basically became the hero this world needs.

Meet Polyana Viana, a 26-year-old kickass UFC fighter from Rio de Janeiro.

She looks, um, intense. I'm a little intimidated, TBH. I want her on my team for sure.

She looks like one hell of a fighter.

I definitely would not want to be on the receiving end of this kick. BRB, gonna hit the gym so I can get on her level. One can dream, right?

An expert on self-defense.

Viana was approached by a would-be robber in front of her apartment. Personally, I'd be too intimidated to approach her anywhere. Do you see that height?!

Can you believe some chump tried to rob her?

Viana told MMAJunkie that she was waiting for her Uber when a man walked up to her. She described the man as "sneaky" because he was "already quite close" by the time she noticed him. Um, can you say creepy?!

The robbery was a setup.

“When he saw I saw him, he sat next to me,” Viana told MMAJunkie. “He asked me the time, I said it, and I saw he wasn’t going to leave." She said that she already motioned to put her cell phone away. That's when things escalated.

Not only is she a fighter, but she's got keen instincts.

"And then he said, ‘Give me the phone. Don’t try to react, because I’m armed.’ Then he put his hand over (a gun), but I realized it was too soft." Viana's genius observation proved to be critical. And her quick thinking really saved the day.

So she pretty much turned into the superhero of her own story.

Who needs men to protect them? Definitely not this trained-to-kill UFC fighter.

Two punches, one kick.

“He was really close to me. So I thought, ‘If it’s a gun, he won’t have time to draw it.’ So I stood up. I threw two punches and a kick." This is the best action movie ever! (But seriously, I would totally watch this movie if it were real.)

Oh, but it doesn't stop there, folks.

Viana is a FORCE. I'm simultaneously inspired by and terrified of her. Like, I want to be her, but also I would never want to get on her bad side.

A choke hold for the ages.

"He fell, then I caught him in a rear-naked choke. Then I sat him down in the same place we were before and said, ‘Now we’ll wait for the police.’”

A choke hold. She put him in a CHOKE HOLD.

And let's just say that the internet lost its mind.

I detect zero lies here. Not robbing anyone is probably a good idea generally, but definitely do NOT try robbing a UFC fighter.

The guy got his butt absolutely whooped.

And, oh yeah, it turns out that "gun" was, indeed, a fake! I'm only slightly envious of her ability to both beat up robbers and detect whether a gun is fake or not. A true queen.

Let it be known: Polyana Viana is a trained beast.

We'd join Viana instead of trying to beat her any day. You do not want to end up like this loser. That looks like it hurts. Maybe you should have reconsidered that whole robbery thing, buddy.

So hopefully we've all learned a valuable lesson here...

Robbery is always bad. Robbery of a UFC fighter is just plain stupid. The world will (rightfully) mock you for it for all of eternity. Karma doesn't play.
