It's wonderful to see friends and family during the holidays, but the weight of their expectations (real or perceived) can be crushing.
Maybe it's lowkey competition with a sibling; an aunt who keeps pushing you to try her favorite fad diet; or simply just running into people you went to high school with. Even if you're a totally confident person the rest of the year, the holidays can make you feel... less than.
To that I say, fight back against those feelings. Go in strong. Be confident in yourself. Don't let anyone shake you. And let these badass, body-positive memes guide you.
FIRST: You don't owe anyone an explanation for how you look.
You are lovable. Period.
Don't forget that it starts with you.
The mirror don't lie.
The best you can look is like yourself.
Just in case you forgot, we are all queens!

Not everyone will understand why you love your body, because maybe they haven't learned to love theirs yet.
BE THE BEAR.
Weight loss is not a cure-all.
You are more than your weight.
Your body is beautiful right now.
Your body is not up for discussion.
Unless you want it to be!
